A lot of us talk about quitting our jobs to travel full-time, but Scott actually did it. Before the age of 30, he left behind his life in Brantford, Ontario to shoot the TV series with co-host and high school buddy, Justin Lukach, and co-creator/cameraman, Andre Dupuis.
Over three seasons, the trio filmed their adventures across 7 continents and produced a Gemini award-winning television show.

Adventure photographer Andy Belcher takes us along on his latest wild ride – rafting The Mighty Clarence with adventurer Ellis Emmett.
Rafting the Clarence is an 8-day journey of nearly 200 kms and a descent of almost 1 km, starting up in the mountains and ending at the Pacific Ocean.
We met at Ellis and sanna’s awesome home, The Tree House, in Cheviot, loaded rafts and gear, and set off towards the Acheron / Clarence confluence via Hanmer Springs.

Ellis was invited as guest speaker to the Cheviot Area School Prize Giving December 2013.
He gave an inspirational talk on adventure, travel and going for your dreams, to an audience of approximately 400 people, ranging from students as young as 5-years to parents and grandparents.

Now his thoughts are turning to the next global travel show, as well as a bold new project to inspire and motivate young New Zealanders. We caught up with Ellis . . .
Ellis Emmett is as close to a stereotypical Kiwi as you can get; he’s an avid adventurer and passionate outdoorsman. His many and varied adventures have taken him from the peaks of inaccessible mountain tops, deep into remote jungle, to over 1,000 feet beneath the ocean — and literally hundreds of places in between.
In Indonesia’s Lembeh Strait, the mission is to film as many strange creatures as possible. The team concludes their year-long journey on the remote island of Vanuatu to dive one of the greatest shipwrecks in the world and reflect on their underwater adventures. We chat to Scott about this incredible experience.
